History of this engine:
This is the engine that powers the Sierra and Escort Cosworth.
This engine is derived from the Ford Pinto engine, but with a 16s aluminum cylinder head and a turbocharger.
He equipped the famous Sierra Cosworth RS500 in rallycross and on circuit in the 90s with more than 500 hp!
Specificities
It has a short stroke, and the cylinder head and intake manifold design was done by Cosworth, guaranteeing performance.
